| 摘 要： | 在城市化进程加速发展的今天,必然面对房屋拆迁,而在拆迁过程中,暴露出了众多问题.立法应当从土地征用审批、拆迁人资格认定、拆迁审批程序等方面加以完善,以切实有效的保护被拆迁人在房屋拆迁过程中的合法权益.
