| 摘 要： | 在西部开发过程中确立消除贫富差距的立法目标的基础上,借鉴"拉美模式"和"欧洲模式"的经验,总结出中国解决贫富差距的立法原则,进而为消除贫富差距从立法思想方面提出了一些建议.

| Abstract: | The gap between the rich and the poor is the bottle-neck of our economic and social development. Development of the western regions is an important act to settle the problem of economic structure and system. To realize the goal, we put forward the model of Latin American and the model of Europe. We think that it is the model of Europe that we should take into account and middle class should be formed in China. On the basis of this assumption, we bring forward some suggestions of legal ideology. |
