高校法律环境的缺失及救助问题研究

当前,“高校被诉”成为社会的热点问题。近年大学生提起的诉讼几乎遍及高校的招生、学生的隐私、考试、收费、纪律处罚等各个环节。究其原因,这与高校法律环境的缺失及忽视学生权利有直接的关系。因此,研究高校法律环境缺失现状、完善高校法律救助制度,应是高校理论工作者研究的重点。

In recent years, the lawsuits appealed by the university students nearly spread each link of university, such as the recruitment of students, the privacy, the test, the charge, the discipline punishment and so on. Therefore, The research into the present situation of university law environment flaw and the perfection of university law rescue system should be key point of our university theorists' research.
