| 摘 要： | 在建立和完善社会主义市场经济的今天，普通高校发展成人教育，不仅出于社会主义建设对高素质人才的大量需要，同时也是学校自身建设和发展的需要。本文从分析普通高校发展成人教育的必要性入手，总结了在新形势下制约成人教育发展的主要因素，阐明了普通高校发展成人教育应采取的对策。

| Abstract: | We have established and been perfecting socialist market economy. In such a situation, the development of adult education is essential to the establishment and development of higher education institutes as a whole. On the basis of analysis of the necessity to develop the adult education in higher education institutes, this paper summarizes three main factors which will have an effect on the development of adult education, throwing light on the measures the higher education institutes should take. |
