| 摘 要： | 为解决大学新生入学后适应方面的问题,按照同辈互助学校小组工作模式指导大二社工专业学生与大一学生结成“成长小组”。文章介绍了这一学校小组工作模式的设计、理念、活动实施、活动评估,希望对解决大学新生不适应大学生活的问题有所帮助。

| Abstract: | To solve the adaptation problems of freshmen,we try to develop a new mode of the group work in school,which is named 'Growing Group'.In this mode,the sophomore social work students and the freshmen form 'Growing Group'.This article introduces the design proposal,the implementation and the evaluation.We hope the mode will be of use in solving the adaptation problems of freshmen. |
