| 摘 要： | 内地与澳门达成的《内地与澳门特别行政区关于相互认可和执行民商事判决的安排》是我国首次与澳门特别行政区达成的关于判决承认与执行的协议。《安排》关于法院判决认可与执行的范围、程序和条件等事项的规定,为内地与澳门相互认可与执行法院判决提供了重要的法律依据。但在具体规定上,《安排》仍存在不足,正因为如此,才使我们对未来区际司法协助的发展更加充满期待。

| Abstract: | The Arrangement for the Execution of Civil and Commercial Arbitration and Mutual Recognition Between Inland and Macao Special Administrative District is the first agreement between China and exterior areas on recognition and execution.The arrangement regulates the range,procedure and condition on the recognition of court's judgment and execution,it is the important legislative foundation for Macao and Inland courts.But it is not concrete,not adequate for settling the value dispute,hence not the best model. |
