摘    要:高等学校的教师 ,不但应当掌握有效教学的艺术 ,尤其应当掌握科学研究的规律或艺术。因为只有用科学研究的成果不断充实教学的内容 ,才会不断提高教学内容的广度与深度 ,从而提高教学的效果。科学研究的一般程序或规律是什么 ?就是以提高教学效果为动力 ,通过对某些观点的质疑 ,然后收集资料、分析资料、实行理论优势杂交而完成的。

Abstract:Teachers in higher institutions should grasp not only the art of efficient teaching but also the rule or art of scientific research, for only by constant enriching the contents of teaching with fruits of scientific research can teaching contents be enhanced in extent and depth, then the teaching efficiency can be improved. So what is the general procedure or regulation of scientific research? They can be summarizd as ten-word recitation, in details, scientific research, with raising teaching effiency as motivation, are completed by doubting some viewpoints and then collecting and analysing data, and then implementing theoretic merits hybridization.
