| 摘 要： | 明清时期的晋商和陕商对当时的社会经济产生了重大的影响。晋商创立的股俸制使得商号内部的产权明晰,较好地激励了相关人员努力为商号工作。而陕商基于不同人文地理渊源创立的合伙股份制和契约股份制同样有效率。文章通过对晋商与陕商内部运营机制的比较,找出二者走向不同发展道路的内在因素。

| Abstract: | Shanxi Merchants and Shaanxi Merchants in Ming and Qing Dynasties have exerted great influence upon social economy at that time.Bursts of pay-system which was created by Shanxi Merchants,made clear the established members' ownership in trading company and encouraged morale.On the other hand,the partnership shareholding system and shareholding system of the agreement based on that different political geography origin,devised by Shaanxi Merchants are as efficient as the bursts of pay-system created by Shanxi Merchants. This paper attempts to find out the inherent factors leading to their different developing routes through comparing their operation mechanisms. |
