浅谈经济适用房的供给对象定位及供给模式创新

目前经济适用房实施效果不甚理想的根本原因是供给对象的定位不够准确 ,经济适用房的定位不宜过宽 ,应该集中针对收入下层。同时 ,经济适用房的供给模式可以考虑建立住房合作社制度 ,让福利住房的消费者直接获得住房政策的好处 ,提高它们的住房自我供给能力。

Now the fundamental cause for the inadequate effect of affordable houses is that the targeting of recipients is not precise enough. Recipient targeting should not be too broad, instead it should target at those low-income families. In the meantime, the supply mode of housing co-operative system can be considered for the supply of affordable houses, allowing consumers of welfare housing to enjoy directly the advantages of the housing policy and upgrading their self-supply capacity for housing.
