| 摘 要： | 必须把新时期高校大学生思想政治工作队伍建设成一支"多军兵种齐全"、拥有强大战斗力的"合成军".对有关网络思想政治工作队伍、心理咨询与防治工作队伍、就业指导工作队伍、政治辅导员与导师工作队伍、社团学生干部等五大"主力"的构建,也必须遵循规律性的基本"合成"原则即专兼结合、使用与培训结合、专业互补、合理流动.建设这支强大"合成军"的基本途径方法,也可基本圈定在选人、育人、用人机制的完善上,并用足工夫.
