| Abstract: | The employment of surplus agricultural labor is very important to Chinese economy. In order to promote the employment, some measures should be taken, such as making the strategy to guide the agricultural labor shifting, seeking the ways of labor shifting, improving the quality of the labor, improving the labor markets, creating the institutions benefit to labor shifting, and controlling the population growth, etc. |
