功利性与超功利性目标的契合——发达国家终身教育发展趋势及其启示

摘    要:终身教育产生的直接动力是科技、经济、社会的发展与变革 ,因此这种为适应时代而追求的功利性目标成为 2 0世纪六七十年代发达国家实施终身教育的基本特征。 2 0世纪 80年代以来 ,人性问题愈益凸显 ,学会关心、学会负责、学会共同生活成为发达国家终身教育发展中关注的重大问题 ,因此人之为人的根本这一超功利性目标又提上日程。当前 ,既重视功利性目标 ,又重视超功利性目标 ,并使二者日趋契合 ,成为世界终身教育发展的新特点和大趋势。我国发展终身教育应借鉴和吸取发达国家的经验与教训 ,以使终身教育走上良性发展轨道

Abstract:The direct motive from the life long education is the development and transformation of science, economy and society, therefore, the utilitarianism objective is the essential characteristics in the 60′s and 70′s of the twentieth century in the developed nations. Since the 80′s of the 20th century, humanity has become obvious. Learning to care others, to be responsible and cooperative becomes some important issues which people care about in the developed nations. Therefore, the humanist super utilitarianism objective has become important. At present, the agreement of both the utilitarianism objective and super utilitarianism objective is the trend and characteristics. The life long education in China should refer to the experience and lessons of the developed nations, only thus can it be on the beneficent cycle of development.
