| 摘 要： | 西部民族地区自然资源十分丰富,但这仅仅是一种潜在的优势,并不等同于经济优势。因此,在西部开发中,必须重新认识和评价资源优势,确立新的资源观,充分利用民族地区的自然、人才、技术、市场等资源,进行产业结构调整,以加快西部民族地区的经济发展。
