| 摘 要： | 本文研究了应用精益生产方式和约束理论的哲理迸行企业过程动态改进的方法论。对精益生产方式的哲理进行了探讨,提出了企业过程中存在系统性的浪费的概念。提出了对浪费进行系统性的识别、分类、度量并在此基础上有选择地消除浪费的方法,使精益生产方式和约束理论在这个问题上得到了很好的结合。由于浪费存在的普遍性,提出的方法论适用于企业过程改进的各个方面。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the methodology of enterprise process dynamic improvement based on Lean Production and Theory of Constraints. According to the philosophy of Lean Production, we proposed the concept that there are systematic wastes in enterprise process. Wastes should be identified, classified, measured and eliminated systematically. This study combined Lean Production and Theory of Constraints to solve the waste problem. Because wastes exist in all enterprise processes, the proposed method can be used in all efforts of enterprise process improvement . |
