Environmental collision can be adjusted to be"constructive power"of our society.So it is very important to realize the function of it.Environmental collision's negative function lies in the fact that:it destroys natural environment and resource; and it leads to intense and antagonistic social contradiction between us. As a result, the harmonious development of society is destroyed. Environmental collision's positive function is that: intense and antagonistic social contradiction between us compels people to understand the scientific connection between human and nature and explore sanitary ways of production; and leads people to self-exam the organizational form of society and construct effective mechanism of human's behavior.
