| 摘 要： | 党的十六大明确提出,我国的工业化必须走出一条新型工业化的路子。新兴工业化理念是人们坚持科学发展观对工业化道路在技术层面上的理解。在新型工业化内涵分析的基础上,提出了新型工业化水平和进程的评价指标体系及测度模型。该指标体系包含经济发展等9个基本指标和13个子指标。运用该指标体系和测度模型,对我国暨吉林省新型工业化水平和进程进行了测算。测算结果表明,多年来我国基本上走了一条追求工业总量增长的传统工业化路径,近年来总体情况有所好转。

| Abstract: | New-pattern industrialization conception is the recognition for scientific development viewpoint at industrialization course level. The authors in the article analyzed the connotation of new industrialization and developed an evaluation system as well as measuring model, then measured industrialization progress of China and Jilin province with the evaluation model. The result showed that, the industrialization of China belonged to traditional industrialization course by concentrating on the growth of total industry product in the past. However the situation is getting better and better in recent years. |
