| 摘 要： | 科技创新人才是科技创新的主体,科技创新人才的培养是提高国家科技创新能力的关键。本文从科技创新人才的含义和特征入手,分析了当今我国科技创新人才培养面临的问题,提出了多元化培养路径,并阐述了实现科技创新人才多元化培养路径的策略,以期为科技创新人才的战略提供决策参考。
