| 摘 要： | 教育体制改革给高校带来巨大生机和活力的同时也引发了高校教师的压力问题。文章从分析高校教师压力的现状入手,探索引发高校教师压力的原因,有针对性地提出积极的个人应对策略,主张建立具有人文关怀的高校教师管理体制,从各种渠道缓解教师压力。

| Abstract: | Education system reform has brought enormous vitality and energy to colleges and universities,but at the same time caused the pressure on college teachers.In way of analyzing the current situations of the pressure college teachers faced,the article explored the reasons that caused the pressures,put forward positive strategies,and advised that a college teacher administration system with humane care should be established,so as to ease the pressure from all aspects. |
