| 摘 要： | 虚拟企业是一种新型的组织联盟——学习型联盟,这种组织具有较高的组织柔性和维持系统稳定性的心理契约及快速学习进化等类生物机制。虚拟企业生态位可分解为虚拟企业的生存力(虚拟企业的“态”)、发展力(虚拟企业的“态”和“势”的界面)、竞争力(虚拟企业的“势”)三个层面及相应的六个维度。

| Abstract: | The virtual enterprise is a new organizational alliance , and it is the learning alliance organization. It has high flexibility and the psychological contracts for maintaining the systemic stability and rapidly learning capability. In addition , the virtual enterprise' s ecological niche is anatomized into three layers and six corresponding dimensionalities: the living force (virtual enterprise's "ecostate"), the developing force (virtual enterprise' s " ecostate " and " ecorole ") and the competition force (virtual ' s enterprise ' s " ecorole " ) . |
