苜蓿花叶病毒RNA_23′端cDNA转基因烟草植株的抗病性分析

摘    要:将人工合成的与苜蓿花叶病毒(ALMV)RNA_2互补的寡核苷酸进行放射性同位素(γ-P~(32)ATP)标记,制备成探针。用ALMV攻毒转基因烟草和未转基因烟草,提取总RNA,用上述探针分析植珠体内病毒增殖情况,做抗病性分析。实验表明:转基因植珠(李颖同学做的转基因植株)有较强的抗病性,而未转基因的对照株却无抗病性。

Abstract:After being signed with radioactive elements(r-32 ATP)matched with Al-falfa mosaic virus ribonucleic acid-2 can be made into probe. Extract the general ri-bonucleic acid from the transplanted gene cigarette which is infected with Alfalfa mosaic virus and the untransplanted gene cigarrette. Analyse the virus multiplication within the plant and disease resistance with that probe. It is proved that transplanted gene plant has strong disease resistance ability while the untransplanted plant has none.
