社区教育在完善公共文化服务体系中的作用

随着经济的发展,人民群众的生活水平逐步提高,大众对享受更多、更好的公共文化提出了新的、更高要求。社区教育以其基层性、全员性、全面性、服务性、公益性、丰富性受到广大人民群众的欢迎,也成为促进我国公共文化服务体系完善的重要组成部分。社区教育通过构建和谐社区、充实群众文化生活、整合社区教育资源、传播先进文化四个途径,为建立覆盖全社会的公共文化服务体系做出贡献。

The Role of Community Education in Building the Service System of Public Culture

As economy developed and the level of people's living is improving in China, people ask for better service system of public culture. Community education has many Characteristics, such as Diverse, Grassroots ,all-sideness, Comprehensive , services, Charity . Community education is one of the important parts of service system of public culture. By community education there are four ways to promote service system of public culture. They are building Harmony community, enriching people's culture living, integrating community's education resources, transmitting Advanced culture.
