| 摘 要： | 人事档案可以反映个人的成长经历、综合表现,为组织上在选人用人时提供一定的参考作用。随着社会的发展,用人单位不断改革用人机制,简化程序,降低对人事档案的要求,促进了人才的流动,人事档案也不再成为人才引进的主要凭证,公众的人事档案意识也逐渐淡薄。文章通过分析高校人事档案的现状和原因,探寻提升公众的人事档案意识的方法和途径,以期更好地利用人事档案,充分发挥其价值作用。

| Abstract: | Staff archives are important means reflecting staff＇s experiences and performances and provide useful guidance for promotion. However, with social development and the reform of employment system, staff archives are not as a focus as it used to. It is argued that the awareness of staff archives should be heightened in universities in order to fully utilize their values. |
