| 摘 要： | 基于信息技术的现代服务外包产业的大发展,是国际产业转移浪潮的重要标志。积极参与国际产业转移浪潮,大力发展现代服务外包产业,对我国转变生产方式、提高服务业贡献率和缓解资源环境约束具有重要意义。加速服务外包产业的发展最迫切的任务是,把服务外包纳入经济社会发展规划之中,制定科学合理的服务外包发展规划。

| Abstract: | The great development of modern service outsourcing industry based on information technology is an important symbol of international industrial migration. The active participation in the international industrial migration and the vigorous development of the modern service outsourcing industry has important significance in transforming the mode of production, improving the contribution rate of service industry, and reducing the restriction of resources and environment. The most urgent task of speeding the development of the service outsourcing industry is that we should bring the service outsourcing into economic and social development plan, and make a scientific and rational development plan on the service outsourcing. |
