| Abstract: | Land transfer is the demand of market economy and the symbol of land becoming essential factor of production, and now there is still much basic work to be done for it. Primarily, the baffle in value and price calculation of land need to be solved. In this paper, based on analysis of that baffle, the means for land price calculation and the factors affecting it are dealt with. |
