| 摘 要： | 人格的发展是一个永无止境的自我完善过程，人格的实质就在于协调人与现实二之间的张力机制；在人格完善过程中，应注意处理好人与传统化、人与物、人与价值的关系并避免个性悲剧和人格分裂两个方面的问题，从而为健全人格的形成奠定基础。

| Abstract: | The development of one's personality is the endless process of self-perfection. The essential of personality lies in the mechanism of tensile force that coordinates man with the reality. In the process of perfecting one's personality, one should handle with care the relationships between man and traditional culture, man and substance, and man and value, and avoid such issues as personal tragedy and split personality. By so doing, wholesome personality may be built. |
