| Abstract: | The efficiency and value of lawsuit are shown in the two aspects.Firstly the running of process must contain certain economic rationality;Secondly fulfilment of effect must be qualified the desire and demands of participants.According to analysis from view of economics,in lawsuith there is also a relation between input and output or cost and profit. |
