草鱼RAPD指纹的初步研究

摘    要:运用 2 0个随机引物对草鱼 (Ctenopharyngodonidells)进行了随机扩增多态DNA(Ran domamplifiedpolymorphicDNA ,RAPD)分析 结果表明 ,所用引物都能对草鱼扩增出稳定的RAPD谱带 ,扩增的谱带数在 2~ 1 1之间 ,扩增的片段大小在 0 1kb~ 3 0kb之间 ;其中 ,OPM - 9等 6个引物能在草鱼个体间扩增出多态性片段 ,占引物总数的 33 3% ,OPM - 1等 1 4个引物对草鱼不同个体扩增的谱带是一致的 ,占引物总数的 66 7% ,为草鱼种质资源及遗传多样性的研究奠定了基础

Abstract:decamer primers were used for RAPD (Random amplified polymorphic DNA) analyses in grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idells) in this study All primers produced bands ranging from 0 1kb to 3 0kb Total 117 distinct and highly repeated fragments were obtained by using 20 primers Among primers studied, only 6 primers (33 3% of total 20 primers) produced polymorphic bands among different individuals of grass carp The study provided date for analysis of genetic diversity of grass carp by RAPD markers
