| 摘 要： | 从1948年9月到1949年10月,中国面临着剧烈的社会转型.华北人民政府对华北解放区进行了经济、政治、思想文化以及法律诸方面的社会整合,其社会整合具有强烈的新民主主义性质的价值取向,具有双重绩效性,初步形成了程序化和规范化的整合范式.

| Abstract: | From Sep.1948 to Oct 1949,China had confronted fierce social-transforming.The People's Govern- ment of North China had carried out social conformity on economy,politics,culture and law in the liberated area of North China,which had a strong value choice inclined to New democratic doctrinism.The social conformity had dual performance and formed a preliminary conformity-pattern of standaidization and proceduration. |
