创新农技推广体系与提高农民收入的对策研究

蕉岭县农业局围绕“三农”问题,积极探索农业增效、农民增收的机制,按照现代企业的管理要求,创新农业科学技术推广方法、机制,创新农业技术培训体系和推广体系,使之更加规范化、制度化、科学化、高效率;坚持“四个创新”,稳定和壮大农民技术队伍;增强农村科技力量,提高农民收入,取得了显著的成效。

Countermeasure Research on Innovating the Extend System of Agricultural Techniques and Increasing Farmer's Income

Around the problem of "agricultural,countryside,farmer",JiaoLing Agriculture Bureau explored serveral mechanism in order to promote agricultural efficiency,as well as increase farmers' income.In accordance with the manage requirement of modern enterprises,JiaoLing Agriculture Bureau innovated the ways of spreading agricultural technology and the systems of agricultural skill training,to make it standard,systematic,scientific and efficient.Upholding the principles of "four innovations",Agricultural Bureau stabilized agricultural technology troops,strengthened technical power,and finally increased farmers' income.All of these measures have achieved remarkable success.
