| 摘 要： | 我国必须建立适应社会主义市场经济的科教兴农新体制、运行机制以及多元化的资金投入机制。同时,完善农地制度与农业经营方式,增加科技需求,加快科教兴农战略的实施,促进农业、农村经济持续、稳定、高速发展。

Institution innovation for developing agriculture by relying on science and education |

| Abstract: | Developing agriculture by relying on science and education must be accelerated to set up the new system in China, suitable for socialist market economy, as well as its operational mechanism and multiplied investment mechanism. Meanwhile, in order to speed up the execution of the strategy for developing agriculture by relying on science and education, and promote sustainable, stable and rapid development of agriculture and rural economy, farmland system and agriculture management should be perfected, scientific and technological factors should be increased. |
