| 摘 要： | 公用企业垄断经营是制约我国公用事业发展的重要因素。而消除市场准入限制,引入竞争机制是打破公用企业垄断的有效手段。市场规制法是深化、推进公用企业改革的重要保障。文章以此为切入点,论证了市场规制法在打破公用企业垄断,深化和推进公用企业改革方面的重要作用。

| Abstract: | The monopoly of public enterprises is an important element that restricts the development of public enterprises.Eliminating restriction of market admittance and introducing mechanism of competition are efficient means which can break the monopoly of public enterprises.The market regulation law are important safeguard in deepening and advancing reformation of public enterprises. From this angle,the author demonstrates the important function of the market regulation law in breaking monopoly of public enterprises and deepening reformation of public enterprises. |
