| 摘 要： | 社会主义苏联解体赋予人们的深刻教训是 :社会主义制度不能一成不变 ,而应该根据实践的发展实行必要的改革 ;改革必须坚持社会主义方向 ,任何时候都不能以牺牲社会主义原则为代价 ;必须时刻警惕西方敌对势力对社会主义的和平演变 ,并随时准备粉碎资本主义的“西化”、“分化”图谋 ;共产党要经受长时间执政的考验 ,就必须永葆自身的人民性和先进性。所谓社会主义革命是“早产儿”的观点 ,是不符合历史事实的。

| Abstract: | Disintegration of the Soviet Union has told the people that socialist system can not remain unchanged and should be put into necessary reform based on pratical development. Its reform must follow the socialist direction and should never sacrifice socialist principles. At any moment socialist countries must watch out for Western hostile forces implementing peaceful transformation against socialism, and be always ready to smash capitalist conspiracy to Westernize and split up. To stand the test of long term governing, a communist party must forever be people based and advanced. The viewpoint regarding socialist revolution as a premature birth does not conform to the historical reality. |
