城乡一体化与产业空间优化的战略选择

改革开放30年来,中国城市化进程在空间扩展上最大的进步,是快速打破了原来计划经济主导的城乡二元结构,通过制度的力量、政策的引导、产业的推动,将城市的主城区、郊区以及郊县纳入到空间一体化的发展战略之中。科学发展观统领下的中国新型城市化道路,必须坚持城乡一体、区域协调共进,进一步加大城乡统筹力度、进一步加大统筹区域发展力度,进一步优化产业的空间布局,使城市和农村的发展都走上土地、资源节约之路。
