| 摘 要： | 和谐社会构建中,犯罪未成年人这个群体应该引起我们的关注,他们是和谐社会发展进程中的巨大隐患.社区矫正能够对犯罪未成年人的矫正发挥实质性的作用.而且,犯罪未成年人的社区矫正与和谐社会的构建具有密切的联系,在一定程度上达成契合.犯罪未成年人的社区矫正与和谐社会的构建能够互促互进,达成"双赢".

| Abstract: | In harmonious society constructing,we should pay attention to the group of juvenile delinquent,who will be a huge and potential danger.Community correction can lead fundamental utility to juvenile delinquent.In addition,there is a kind of close relation between the community correction of juvenile delinquent and harmonious society constructing,which are corresponding in some degree.We are able to make progresses and win between the community correction of juvenile delinquent and harmonious society constructing. |
