| 摘 要： | 本文通过深入研究９０年代上海浦东新区农村人口城市化和劳动力转移发展的新态势，提出了浦东农村人口城市化和劳动力转移发展值得注意的几个问题，并对新世纪浦东农村人口城市化和劳动力转移进一步发展提出了一系列提议。
