| Abstract: | Since local institutions of higher learning should face local economic theatres and serve local economic development, we have to highpoint local characteristics and college specialty advantages, and strive to make students creative, enterprising, employable and willing to undertake life - long study. Only in such a way can we construct scientific and practical talent training pattern. |
