| 摘 要： | 管理理论和管理实践的发展催生了管理哲学,但管理哲学的旨趣并不在于揭示具体的管理活动,而是揭示管理活动产生的时代背景和社会价值,并为管理实践指明方向。管理哲学需要研究的一个重要内容是工业民主化运动,因为工业民主的推行使管理哲学逐渐独立并获得长足发展;反过来,管理哲学的研究也要为推动工业民主做出贡献。

| Abstract: | The theories and practices of management have produced management philosophy.The main point of management philosophy is not to reveal specific practices of management,but to reveal its social background and basic values.Under the point of western management philosophy,we can find that it is the spread of industrial democratization that has been promoting the development of management and its philosophy.So we can grasp the spirit of industrial democratization and carry forward the research of management philosophy in China. |
