| 摘 要： | 主要从我国目前财政支出的现状出发,实证地分析了我国财政支出结构及其存在的问题,在此基础上提出了在公共财政体制下,如何调整和优化财政支出结构,使财政支出结构更加合理、更加符合市场经济的客观要求。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the present situation of our country's financial expenditure,the article analyses our country's financial expenditure structure and its problems. Based on this,the article discusses how to improve our country's financial expenditure structure under the public finance system and to make it more coincident with the objective demands of market economy. |
