新世纪成人高等教育的发展思考

新世纪中国成人高等教育的革新发展,必须要更新观念,要在强化内部改革和优化外部环境上下功夫。树立“教育是一种服务”的理念,突出成人教育的鲜明特色,加大学生的自主参与,注重实践能力的培养。优化外部环境,加快成人高等教育的法制建设以及配套制度的完善,走开放式办学之路,把学校办成教学、科研和经济建设的联合体,提升为社会服务的能力。

On the Development of Adult's Higher Education of the New Century

In the new century,the reform and development of China's adult's higher education must depend on the new methodology,while strengthening its inner renovation and optimizing its exterior environment as well.In the meantime,the idea of "education is a kind of service" must be established and the vivid characteristics of adult's education must be stressed.In addition,we need to optimize the exterior environment,speed up the construction of legal system of adults higher education and relevant affiliated system.We should operate schools as a combination of teaching,scientific research and economic development so as to improve its ability of serving the whole society.
