论中国省际劳均产出的差异

改革开放以后,我国的地区差距尤其是东部和中西部的差距越来越大。利用霍尔等发展的分解方法把我国省际劳均产出分解为物质资本密度、人力资本和生产率。我们发现,生产率差异是决定劳均产出差距的最重要因素;各省在对外开放中的地理优势、二元经济结构、市场化程度和政府干预程度是影响省际生产率差异的重要因素。

On Disparities of Output per Worker across China's Provinces

In today's China, regional gap across provinces, especially the output per worker between the coastal and the western area has enlarging increasing since the Reform. Using the method developed by Hall and Jones, we try to decompose output per worker in different provinces into capital intensity, human capital and productivity, and find that the difference in productivity is of the fundamental importance. We also try to demonstrate that the geographical advantage during the external open process, the extent of market economy, the dual economic structure, and the degree of government's interference are significantly impacts upon the productive difference.
