依法治国的认知及其走向

邓小平法制思想是依法冶国的基础,以江泽民同志为核心的党中央继承并发展了这一思想,提出并确定了“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”的治国方略,依法治国已成为我国宪法的根本原则,这无疑具有十分重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。正确把握依法治国的科学内涵,认识并领会依法治国的目标、要求及其价值,才能明确其实施的途径,才能从根本上把握我国未来的历史走向。

Understanding of managing state affairs according to law and its trend

Comrade Deng Xiaoping's idea about legal construction, as the foundation of managing state affairs according to law, has been inherited and strengthened by the Party Committee led by comrade Jiang Zemin. Based on this idea of comrade Deng's, the Party Committee has succeeded in putting forward and establishing a general plan for running the state: to administer the country in conformity with legal provisions and the socialist legal system. This general plan, so far, has been accepted as a guiding principle in the Chinese constitution. Undoubtedly, the historical trend of our country cannot be predicted or handled without understanding the purpose, the requirement and the value of this principle.
