| Abstract: | The article analyzed some crucial problems existing in the implementation of electronic government administration, such as focusing on hardware not software, laying stress on construction not practice, pursuing bigness and western style, and dividing the work into pieces The subjective and objective reasons of the formation were deeply analyzed; some specific measures as transforming concepts so as to profoundly understand electronic government administration, thinking over and carry out integrated programs and demonstrations, base on practice and give consideration to the coordination of software and hardware |
