| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国不断加大对科技的投入,综合国力不断增强,但是科研效益相比较科研投入的增长幅度却明显较低。通过对我国高校科研管理中存在的部分问题进行分析,可以看出,高校绩效评估是提高高校科研质量和经费效益的重要手段,高校科研绩效评估宜采用定性、定量的方法。

| Abstract: | These years have witnessed the increasing input in science and technology,which contributes to the growth of comprehensive national strength.Compared to the input,however,the economic efficiency of scientific research is far from satisfactory.Through the analysis of problems existing in the management of university scientific research,it is clear that performance evaluation is an important means to improve the efficiency of scientific research in both product and funds.Qualitative and quantitative methods are suitable to be adopted in performance evaluation,which can promote the achievements of scientific research and the effective use of research funds. |
