| Abstract: | The paper first describes the connotation of lean and six sigma,then it analyzes the existed problems in the logistics enterprises of our country,at last it discusses the operation terms and measures of lean six sigma in the logistics system in order to integrate lean six sigma with logistics so that we can optimize supply chain system and satisfy our customer at utmost. |
