试论康熙时期台湾原住民政策的变迁

讨论了康熙时期清代台湾的原住民政策。认为清政府统一台湾之初,在政治、经济和文化上实施了积极的原住民治理政策,并且得到台湾原住民的积极回应。朱一贵起义及其带来的严重后遗症,极大地改变了清廷的治台思维,也改变了清代的原住民政策,导致由积极治理转为消极隔离。但这种隔离并没有阻止原住民和汉族民众的接触,原住民仍处于不断汉化过程中。

A discourse on policy changes of Taiwan boong in Kang Xi period

This article discusses the policies of Taiwan boong in Kang Xi period of the Qing Dynasty.At the beginning of the reunification of Taiwan,the Qing government implemented the positive minority nationality policies on political,economic and cultural aspects,andgot the positive response from Taiwan boong.Zhu Yigui’s uprising and its serious consequences,greatly changed the thinking of governance and the policy of the Taiwan minority nationality of the Qing Dynasty,led the government’s policies from positive control to negative isolation.But this segregation policy couldn’t prevent the contact of minority nationality and Han,Taiwan boong remained in continuous localization process.
