| Abstract: | Following the development of ownership-management relations and the financial deregulation in the world, the financial systems in China and Russia have undergone great changes, which have in turn triggered various forms of adjustment and restructuring in financial-agency ownership and have had different impact upon the two countries＇ efforts of financial marketization. As a whole, the evolvement and construction of financial systems in both countries reveals their respective characteristics during a period of transition. |
