| 摘 要： | 高校教师的心理健康关系到大学生的心理健康、学业成就和人格发展。加强对高校教师的心理健康问题的研究，是高等学校教育教学改革取得成功的关键之一。通过文献资料的收集、筛选和比较分析，对近10年来我国高等院校教师心理健康研究状况进行了梳理，在介绍已有研究成果的基础上，对我国高等院校教师心理健康调查研究中的问题进行了总结和分析，并提出了相应的对策，为未来进一步研究和探讨我国高校教师心理健康问题提供了有益的尝试。

| Abstract: | Mental health of college teachers is important for the mental health, academic achievements and character development of college students. Studies in this field are one of the keys to successful reform of college education. The author reviewed the latest development of researches on the mental health of Chinese college teachers by the methods of literature material and analytical comparison. The present findings of the researches are analyzed and summarized, and several suggestions for improvement are pro- posed, with an aim to provide reference information for further studies in the field in China. |
