| 摘 要： | 学术权力和行政权力是存在于高校内部的两种基本权力形式,该文在分析了高校学术权力和行政权力存在的矛盾及当前我国高校普遍存在行政权力泛化倾向、而学术权力的生存空间受到挤压的基础上,提出了提高我国高校权力结构效能的对策。
