| 摘 要： | 在进行问卷调查的基础上,对宜昌市行政执法状况作出总体评价。总结宜昌市行政执法取得的成绩以及存在的问题,并找出产生问题的原因。提出改善宜昌市行政执法的对策:要增强依法行政观念,规范行政执法行为,改善行政执法环境,加强执法队伍建设,强化监督力度。

| Abstract: | Enforcing laws by government is the key to the administration according to the law. This paper, based on an investigation, evaluates the law practice in the city of Yichang. It proceeds to point out the achievements as well as problems and the causes for the problems. The paper puts forward some ways to improve law practice in the city. |
