摘    要:软件产业迫切需要大量的创新型软件工程人才.为适应社会需求,高校应不断完善和深化校企联合培养模式,让行业企业深度参与软件人才的培养过程,共同制定培养方案,共建工程创新型教师队伍,保障创新型软件工程人才的培养.在课程教学改革上,可引入先进的 CDIO 工程教育理念,构建一套以项目为核心、以学生团队为主体的课程教学体系,同时改革传统的考试方式,形成一套注重过程评价的学生考核体系.同时要继续完善和深化高校创业教育体系,开展大学生科研训练计划,切实加强学生的创业意识,提升学生的创新创业能力,培养一批科研水平高、创新能力强的软件工程人才

Abstract:Innovative software engineering talents are urgently needed in software industry.The cooperation model between higher educational institutions and enterprises should be continuously improved and deepened.Related enterprises should participate more deeply in the training process of software talents,co-develop training programs,and co-build innovative engineering teaching team,which could guarantee the cultivation of innovative software engineering talents.In terms of curriculum reform,CDIO could be applied to build a teaching system which works around projects and takes student teams as subject,at the same time reforms the traditional examinations,and forms a set of process-oriented student evaluation system.Meanwhile,improve and deepen the university entrepreneurship education system,and carry out student research training program so as to strengthen students’ awareness of entrepreneurship,enhance their ability for innovation and entrepreneurship,and cultivate a group of software engineering talents with higher research level and stronger innovative ability.
